History

It is a piece of purely municipal legis- lation, and provides that his Majesty may by proclamation prohibit persons in the United Kingdom from trading with any persons in foreign countries who might be specified in such proclamations or in any subsequent orders.

It also imposes appropriate penalties upon persons in the United Kingdom who violate the provisions of this statute.
